Middle School Pool Update

All students who are playing in the student/staff basketball game please be here at 5:00 on Tuesday to meet your coach and have a practice before the big game ! If you aren’t playing, come out and support your fellow students! Who will dominate? Staff? Or Students?

It is time to clean off your book shelves. ON March 23rd, the first “book swap at the library” begins. For each book brought into the swap, you will receive a coupon. Then on March 30th the library will be open for you to bring in your coupons to pick a book from the collection. Books must be age appropriate (for 5-8th grade readers) and in good condition.

Below is a timeline set forth from the Battle Creek Area Math and Science Center for any eighth grader that is interested in possibly attending the Center next year. Please be aware that on testing days the students are not allowed to bring the following items to the testing site: cell phones, calculators, IPODS, and MP3 Players, or any other media devices. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Center at 269-965-9440.
The Center is located at 765 Upton Avenue in Battle Creek. Their website is: www.bcmsc.k12.mi.us.

Staff/Student Basketball Game, Tuesday March 23rd. 5/6 students vs. 5/6 staff will begin at 6:00 pm, followed by 7/8 staff and students. $2.00 admission at the door, concession will be open as well as the “Beaver Lodge”.
