Have you ever wanted to walk in a parade? You can this weekend! Show up and join in the fun in the Battle Creek Parade downtown. Participants must be in lot A3, no later than 5:15 to participate on November 21st. Your parents need to take you there and either walk with you or sign you in with a representative from Harper Creek.
Students! There is still time to hit the courts and play against the staff in the volleyball game! Want to spike on Mrs. Pessetti? Smash a serve against Mr. Shipley? The cost had been reduced! You can now have an opportunity to play for 50 cents a shot or 3 for $1. The student sections will bring it by color blocking out their grade levels. 5th grade wear WHITE, 6th grade wear BLACK, 7th grade wear GRAY, and 8th grade wear BLUE.
Would you like to win an ice cream party or donuts for your Advisory class? Please save your Box Tops and turn them in to your Advisory teacher. The class with the most Box Tops will win their choice of donuts or ice cream. The contest will end December 4th. Good luck!

Last night both the 8th grade teams, A and B picked up their first win of the season. We were awesome. B team won by a lot and A team grade won over visiting Charlotte 44-41. Seven different players scored for the Beavers. It was an excellent team effort.
The seventh-grade B team beat Charlotte last night 25-23. Great job guys! Come out next Monday for a home game against Pennfield. The 7th grade A team lost last night at Charlotte.
Just a reminder when you are leaving for the busses. They won’t leave without you as long as you don’t hang out in the hallways for a long time. Please walk to the busses.
Does the coming snow make you want to ski or snowboard? Be a member of the Ski and Snowboard Club! A club card cost $16 and provides significant discounts at Bittersweet. The club will also have a bus available again this winter for transportation to and from Bittersweet on Thursday nights. You must in 7th or 8th grade to ride the club bus, but club cards are available to all grade levels and parents. For more information, stop by and see Mr. Crooks before school or in the lunch room during 7th grade lunch or 8th grade advisory.
